Foods I Class last lab for the session. Mrs. Schmitt's students made tacos, fresh salsa, guacamole, and soft shell tacos from scratch. I am so proud of all of their accomplishments and many of the students will continue on with Foods II Class.

Linked below is the google form that must be filled out to place your order. Congratulations on our new arrival of new culinary equipment for the FCS Classes (Family & Consumer Science). We were able to purchase a new reach-in-cooler and drying racks from a Perkins Grant. A huge thank you to all of the staff that made this possible: Mr. Manson, Christy Roethler, Bill Richter, Norb Geerts, and Mrs. Schmitt. The students will be using the equipment this week for a food lab! Keep up the good work and keep improving our school!
