National Honor Society is currently doing their third annual mini-cheesecake fundraiser in partnership with Sweets by Keke. Cupcake-sized cheesecake 6-packs will be on sale for $23 a pack from today through next Friday, February 14. A portion of all proceeds will go to NHS and Post Prom 2025. These stories help students to hear, write, and understand the vocabulary target structures within sentence context to embed learning. This unit, the students studied very briefly the Universe. The students took some fun little tests to see who could be an astronaut, and the top scorers were given certificates as the class astronaut. The other students were top scorers in the individual categories. Congratulations to all these students!

Thank you to the leader, Sklyer B., and all the members of Interact, iJAG, and the individuals who all made the blankets. The blankets were made for students in our district from a particular program. This picture is only a small amount of the total blankets made.

Thank you Chief Rosendahl for coming in to Mrs. Miller's 5th grade guidance class to start the D.A.R.E program back up. Students will learn and be equipped with the necessary skills over the next 13 weeks to resist peer pressure and the use of drugs, tobacco, and alcohol.
