
Baking I Class made crepes for their Quick Bread Unit as a pour batter example. Quick Bread's leavening agents are baking powder, baking soda, or air, but not yeast. The crepes were filled with Nutella, fresh strawberries, and topped with whipped creme for an amazing dessert.

Good luck to the Cross Country teams!! They are going to the Cresco Country Club for the cross country meet. The 7-8 grade race will start at 9:30am, and the varsity race will start at 10 am tomorrow morning. Go Chickasaws!!

The 8th grade technology class is learning how to code with Microbits! You type the code into the computer and the microbits light up!
