With all of the weather and logistics, the varsity football game has been moved again to play today at 4pm back in Monona. Go Chickasaw’s!
UPDATE ON THIS AFTERNOON'S football game versus MFL Mar-Mac. It will now be played in Monona at 4 p.m.
MFL vs New Hampton football game will be played Saturday at 1:00 pm. It will be played at Upper Iowa in Fayette.
Tonight’s football game has been postponed until 1:00 tomorrow with the location to be determined.
Earlier this week in the Middle School...organizing folders, class agendas, Art Books, and Chickasaw Jumping Jacks.
Mrs. Geerts Class enjoyed playing Two Truths and One Myth, a quick game for getting to know each other. It was fun hearing the students myths, some were tough to spot.
The 9th/curtain raiser game scheduled for tonight at 5:00 pm with MFL has been cancelled due to the wet conditions. The varsity game has been moved up to a 7:00 pm start from the original 7:30 pm start time.
The team bus is now scheduled to leave at 4:00 pm.

The Varsity/Junior Varsity games scheduled for tonight at Nashua-Plainfield have been postponed to 9/16. Nashua-Plainfield has postponed due to their school letting out early for heat.
The Animal Science class is helping to destem grapes that were raised by the FFA. We are planning on making jam to be sold!
New Hampton Music Parents Middle School through High School aged children. We are in need of parents to sign up for the concession stand for the 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm shift on September 3rd. There are also other spots still open on other dates. This is our major fundraiser every year and we need the parents to join with us to raise funds for all of our children's music education. If you haven't signed up yet, and you know a date and time that works for you, please use the signup genius link below to fill the spot you need. I will be assigning parents that have not volunteered yet to a time slot starting on 08/27/2021. Thank you in advance for all of your help.
We will need all music families to pitch in and work two shifts throughout the year (More if you are able).

Parents even though breakfast and lunch are free this year, you must still fill out an application and be approved for free/reduced meals in order to have your student's school instructional fees waived. We must receive your application no later than SEPTEMBER 7th qualify for this benefit. There are several programs and grants that are determined by the number of approved applications, so please fill one out even if you don't feel you need to participate!

The football scrimmage on 8/20 will be played at the Decorah football stadium this year. It is scheduled to start at 6:30 pm. It will be broken up into segments of different levels. The first segment will be varsity versus varsity. The second scheduled segment will be varsity backups. The third segment is again varsity versus varsity. The fourth segment will be 9th grade versus 9th grade. The final segment will be a limited number of plays simulating a two minute drill.

High School Parents-
We are down to 57 students not registered yet this fall. Please make sure students are registered before Aug 23rd. In addition, please make sure all technology fines are paid before Aug 23rd to make sure your student gets their Chromebook issued to them on time. This includes fines from middle school. If these things are not taken care of before the first day of school, there may be a delay to getting devices.
New Hampton Community Schools will be providing FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH for all enrolled students for the 2021-2022 school year. Ala Carte, double meals, and milk only purchases will be charged to your students lunch account. Please deposit money if needed
