
Nothing like waking up on a Saturday to watch a spay and neuter at the Fredericksburg Vet for extra credit in Biology. Morgan Dieterich and Sydney Hyer also assisted with a C-section for a French Bulldog, which was AMAZING!!! Mrs. Ohrt truly has the best students!!





HS Parents:
Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP) are coming up April 5th and 6th for all 9th-11th grade students. These tests are important for students to do their best to show growth. The are also used as a screener to allow students the ability to take dual credit college courses. These courses can help save students money and time after high school. All Senior students will report to school for their first class at 10:45 those days. Please see the linked letter:

Elementary parents and 5/6th grade parents: A order form is going home with your child today or Monday. It is an order form for the upcoming author visit we are going to have on March 30. We are lucky to have Coach Sloth coming to our school to speak to TK-6th grade! If you or your child would like to order books, please turn in the order form next Thursday (March 24) with money. I will be sending this to Coach Sloth so when he comes he will bring the books! Thank you!

Mrs. Schmitt 7th Grade FCS classes have started their simple labs of foods the students can make at home; with their parents' permission. Today's lab was making scrambled eggs. First the students learned safety regarding using the stove.



Mrs. Schmitt's 7th Grade FCS (Family & Consumer Science) students learned how to make garlic cheese bread! This is a great side dish to make whenever you are making pasta dishes.
