WE LOVE OUR NEW DISHWASHER in the FCS (Family & Consumer Science). It makes it so easy for food labs and clean up. Plus the students are learning to use commercial grade equipment which will help them in the workforce.
Baking I Class had a unit over Quick Breads. They made crepes, cornbread, pumpkin bread, and chocolate chip muffins. They learned about leavening agents and different types of flour.
