Shane Burke from Mid Tech Service here in New Hampton presented to the Precision Ag class on the workings of GPS especially in our Kawasaki Mule. He is a new addition to Mid Tech Service staff. Shane is a graduate of ISU, New Hampton and was a member of the New Hampton FFA. Of of Shane's SAE's (Supervised Ag Experience) included working for Mid Tech after school and during the summer.
Parents- This is a reminder that the 30 day carry over for those students approved for free or reduced meals last year are now switched to full pay UNLESS you have turned in an application AND been approved or received a letter from the school stating you were automatically qualified for free or reduced meals for this school year. To be proactive and stay on top of your student's lunch balance, you may sign up to receive balance updates in Powerschool or feel free to call or email me. The Induction Ceremony for National Honor Society has been moved from this coming Monday, October 10, to Monday, November 7. Parents of inductees can expect their formal invitations in the mail this weekend with more details.
